The Awareness Process is a process of Self-Inquiry - 'who am I really', 'what is this', 'what is here now', 'what do I really want'.....

By being completely present to everything that is experienced and inquiring deeply into it, without trying to get rid of anything, or change anything...  with no judgment and no story...  the opportunity is given for a deeper discovery - the discovery of the Truth of Who You Are.

We think we know what it means to be present, but how often do we actually live Present Moment Awareness?  We've been trained and conditioned since we were born to not be present.   Even modern day spirituality says that we should 'think positively'.  We've sold ourselves out over and over and over again to fit in, to belong, to try to heal something that we think needs to be healed.

The Awareness Process helps to stop all of that.

Many of us say that we want to know who we really are, we want to be free, we want enlightenment - that's what this spiritual path is all about, right?  But if we tell the truth, is that really what we want?  Or is what we really want a better experience, a higher or better state of consciousness, to get rid of the 'bad' feelings and keep the 'good' feelings, to be happy and blissful all the time, with no possibility of sadness or sickness or anger or fear?

If that is what you want, the Awareness Process will not give you this.  Enlightenment will not give you this.  The Awareness Process is not about changing anything, it's about facing everything.

If you truly want to recognize the Truth of Yourself - to live AS Awareness, the only way to do that is to Be Here Now.  To be fully present and to face everything as it is experienced, without touching it - without telling a story about it - without getting caught up in it - good or bad.  By being present to your experiences, identification with the egoic mind will let go. 

In the Awareness Process, you will be guided to be deeply present to every experience, and as you sit in each sensation, you have the opportunity to discover for yourself what is real. 

Sessions are one hour long and cost $75.  Phone processes and group meditations are also available.
